These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.neurostead.co.uk (the "site") and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

The site is operated by Wingham Supplements Limited ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Neurostead, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17023182. Our registered office is at 33 Church Street, Hartlepool, England, TS24 7DG. You can contact us at info@neurostead.co.uk.

2. Our products

Neurostead products are food supplements. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about ingredients on the site are for information only and have not been evaluated by the MHRA.

Our products are intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking any supplement if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

We take reasonable care to make sure product descriptions, ingredients and images on the site are accurate, but minor variations may occur. Packaging may differ slightly from images shown.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order on the site.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket at the prices and on the terms stated. We will send you an order confirmation email; this is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order. A binding contract is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where: a product is out of stock; there is an error in pricing or product information; we suspect fraud or unauthorised use; or we are unable to ship to your address. If we cancel, we will refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and (where you choose them) PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Klarna. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have permission to use it.

If we make a clear pricing error and you have not yet received the products, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.

6. Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and worldwide, subject to availability and any restrictions stated at checkout. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and are estimates only.

Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Title passes once we have received payment in full.

International orders

For deliveries outside the UK, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, taxes and other charges applied by the destination country, and for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported into that country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

We stand behind this formula completely. That's why we offer a full 60-day money-back guarantee - designed exclusively for customers who have committed to the full journey. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer (including the 14-day right to cancel set out below).

Who is eligible?

The guarantee is available exclusively to customers who have purchased a 3-month or 5-month supply on their first order. Single-month purchases are not covered - not to penalise you, but because 30 days simply isn't long enough to experience what this formula is built to do.

How to claim

  • Email us at info@neurostead.co.uk with your order number within 60 days of your purchase date.

  • A member of our team will be in touch within 2 business days.

  • They'll have a brief conversation about your experience - consistency, sleep, lifestyle - to make sure the formula had a fair opportunity to work.

  • Any unopened jars must be returned to us in their original condition before your refund is processed.

  • Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returning unopened jars

Any jars you haven't opened must be sent back to us at your own cost in their original, resalable condition. We recommend using a tracked service - we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit. Once received and inspected, your refund will be confirmed by email.

If opened jars remain, these do not need to be returned - only unopened product.

What disqualifies a claim

  • Purchases of a single-month supply.

  • Requests made after 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • Second or subsequent orders.

  • Unopened jars returned in damaged or non-resalable condition.

  • Claims where consistent daily use cannot be reasonably demonstrated.

  • Duplicate claims or suspected fraudulent activity (one claim per customer, one per household).

Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (or local equivalent), if you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days starting the day after you (or someone on your behalf) receive the products.

To cancel, email us at info@neurostead.co.uk before the 14-day period ends. You then have a further 14 days to return the products to us.

Condition of returned products

We can only accept returns of products where the seal has not been broken. Because our products are food supplements supplied in sealed containers, for health protection and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of any opened jars, except where the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. This applies to returns made under both the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and the 14-day statutory right to cancel. Returned jars must in all cases be sent back in packaging that protects them from damage in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned products and confirm they meet the conditions above, we will refund the price you paid (and standard outbound delivery, where the whole order is returned) within 14 days, using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or damaged products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at info@neurostead.co.uk within a reasonable time of delivery, with photos where possible. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

8. Subscriptions (where offered)

If you sign up to a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date at the price shown when you signed up (or any updated price we have notified you of in advance). You can pause, skip or cancel future renewals from your account or by emailing info@neurostead.co.uk at least 7 days before the next renewal.

9. Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;

  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our servers, or related systems;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by introducing viruses or malicious code;

  • Scrape, copy, resell or commercially exploit any content from the site without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or to any account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site - including text, graphics, logos, product images, packaging design, and the "neurostead" name and logo - is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

11. User content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other content to us or to the site, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content in connection with our business and marketing. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

12. Health disclaimer

Information on the site is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use any product as a replacement for a varied, balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

13. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including your statutory rights as a consumer).

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable, any loss or damage not caused by our breach, or any business loss (including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, business or anticipated savings).

Where we are liable, our total liability to you for any single claim or related series of claims is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, courier delays, severe weather, industrial action, cyber-attacks, pandemics, or government action.

15. Privacy and cookies

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the site at the time you place that order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us first at info@neurostead.co.uk. We will do our best to resolve the issue. UK consumers can also use the government's online dispute resolution information at gov.uk.
